I have loved training with Lindsey at The Gym of Avon! She caters to my fitness goals and has helped me develop a manageable exercise and nutrition plan to coincide with my busy schedule. She is incredibly motivating and encourages me through challenging workouts, while maintaining a high level of care regarding my my form with various exercises (This is something that it extremely important to me since I have been prone to injuries in the past!). I now feel much more confident and comfortable with strength training thanks to our one-on-one sessions. I would highly recommend working with the trainers at The Gym of Avon!
