Carrying a cell phone on your hip or front pocket during work hours has been to shown to lower androgen (male sex hormones) levels in men by as much as 30 percent!

If that wasn’t bad enough, cell phone emissions can change metabolism and even increase the risk of developing brain tumors.

For those of you who like to play music through your phone while working out, try an iPad nano. Having a cell phone on your body while training can reduce muscle building hormones and weaken the nervous system.

Whenever you expose yourself to something that gives off an electrical impulse, your body will have a reaction to it. The issue is, not all people have the same reaction (some have no reaction) and responses to technology. Cell phone exposure is difficult to test because there are multiple variables that can compound the effects. Frankly, we do not have the technology yet to determine exactly how dangerous certain technological devices might be!

With all the toxins we ask our body’s to filter on a daily basis, don’t make matters worse. Try putting the phone away and having it off your body for periods of the day. You’ll be surprised how your awareness, productivity and creativity will increase!
