1-2 pieces of Ezekiel Sprouted Low Sodium Bread
1 Large Tomato
Avocado or Trader Joe’s Guacamole
Salt & Pepper
In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of honey with 2 tsp of spicy mustard.
While the bread is lightly toasting, slice the tomato.
It is optional to mash the avocado into a paste or slice it.
Once the bread is done toasting, spread the honey-mustard on both pieces.
Either place or spread the avocado and then top with tomato slices.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, finish by drizzling flaxseed oil on top!
